If you had disclosed make and model, I could have taken a look myself. Is your computer Windows 7 compatible? Is there a full set of Windows 7 drivers available for it?Drivers originate from the device manufacturers. If their websites show no Windows 7 drivers, there is NO support, and you will not get it from anywhere else.Drivers included in Windows 7 are all fairly basic and may not work particularly well or provide all features.So, could you please provide the make and model of your devices? Hello,i use Windows 7 32bit and i re-installed windows 7 other day then i check device properties i srealised that it shows Computer as ACPI x86 Based PC, before it was use to show my model number and realistic ThinkPad icon on there and also at Devices and Printers place. I installed all drivers it doesnt show any device with (!) sign. I dont know why i cant see realistic icon and exact model type in Devices and Printers place on Windows 7.
